Yeah, my abs need work. I do a lot of compound movements, but they really don't activate my abs. I've started to do ab exercises 2 times weekly. Forearms are spaghetti. Lats aren't really that bad. Look at the right side of the picture.

Left and top is about average for most of my life (130-140 lbs). Bottom and right is after about six months of steady lifting (165-170 lbs). Wasn't eating right for the first four or so; getting "just enough" calories vs an actual caloric surplus.
Progress is slow but it feels good to be on the road to getting there brahs

Working on gaining weight, lean bulk but with protein bars and powder now. Of course, after doing creatine and whey I won't be natty anymore but hopefully I'll see good improvement.
You're at a good starting point. You can go right into bulking. Just make sure you're eating enough. I put on 30-40 pounds in less then a year starting from where you are and still look decent. Just eat, eat, eat.
