not a ton. but if you find your shoulders are dominating in bench you should do alot of cable flies and squeezing exercises until your chest starts doing the work in bench. i actually get chest pumps doing heavy rows, ohp, and dips once it was more developed. a really close grip touching, squeezing db press and heavy heavy pull overs helped me when my bench was plateuing around 225.
