Chin ups. I used to stay away from chin ups and pull ups in favour of other movements but once I started smashing out 5 sets of chin ups per back workout to failure my back just exploded. Insane pump and hits the traps/biceps solidly also.

Gymnasts are pretty fucking jacked, maybe do gymnastics?

they also train all day errday, also lift and swim
just wear weightssomehow and do pushupspullups etc
weight vest for example

i'd go gay for jj

Get a solid pullup bar and some rings, and you'll never run out of resistance.

You'll still probably need to barbell train squat and deadlift, though.

The average male gymnast is 5'4

"Mass" isn't dictated by what exercises you do, it's determined by working with appropriate rep ranges. You can train as much as you want, but once you're able to do 15+ reps in each set then you're mostly just working muscle endurance, not hypertrophy. You'll never get a bodybuilder physique by bodyweight exercises alone, you're going to have to add weight to your exercises. Progressive overload is key

>inb4 trust me bro

trust me bro.

Just look up rep ranges chart on google search, I thought this was common knowledge?

this: was meant for you

>bodyweight exercises
>build mass
Pick one dyel

bullshit

Eating

I do a lot of pullups but I've only noticed gains in my traps/back and nowhere else.

kangaroos barely use their arms and they're fucking ripped

Pullups work exactly that, what are you a brainlet?

Chinups and dips bodyweight till you can hit 10x10x10 with both then start w a weighted vest for tris and biceps,

start an l sit progression and a pistol squat progression

Do the following planks at the beginning of each workout and train them up to 1 minute and no more: front plank, left arm and right arm plank, hollow hold, arch hold

Don't even forget about missing out on handstand progression and pushup progression for back and chest

With this you will get a decent physique,

Toss me a (you) if you need any help clarifying this simple bodyweight progression. It will build muscle as long as you up the difficulty on the exercises when you can do enough

To all the dyel lurkers out there only here for the memes w no money for gym

Get a pullup bar and start doing bodyweight. There is no excuse

Retard

>t.DYEL
eating properly helps as well

name one bodybuilder thats achieved an admirable physique by calisthenics/ bodywieght exercises alone.

JUST LOL @ thinking you can get jacked by 50+ pushups a day

This desu. All you have to buy is a 20 dollar pullup bar and maybe gymnastics rings and you're golden.

Unironically?
>Ring dips
>Back Lever progressions

holy shit that's a beautiful man, achievable natty?

>clean up your diet
>exercise
>sleep
>repeat

It is that simple but not that easy

>Get a pullup bar and start doing bodyweight

Ok I have a pullup bar, what do I do now?
3 sets of pull ups? Chin ups?
Also planks, bodyweight squats and push ups?

How do I do dips without a dip bar?

Thank you
I have no weights.

Buy a dip bar or rings, buy a weighted vest

Ido portal

Thank you very much.
Is there more you'd recommend equipment-wise?

What if you just want a toned look with abs showing? Is that possible? If not im just gonna stop now and be a soyfag forever

Its partially bullshit.
The problem is with high reps is simply that there you will reach your limit faster before you put enough strain on your muscles.

>6-7 reps
>doing anything at all
