Mine has a mountain in it too. I really disgust myself. It's a shame I don't have my real start weight or highest weight on it. I think I was 10lb lighter and 20lb heavier than what it says.
Maybe I dont know how to into lighting and cameras, but if I take a photo, I literally look the same as I did 20kg ago.
I mean, I dont have any illusions, I know I dont look great, but I am significantly bigger than I was 2 years ago, both frame wise and muscle mass, but it just doesnt translate

Not allowed to do explosive movements for 9 months. How much will my deadlift drop? The calf is already a flapping piece of skin after three weeks in a cast+boot. Hoping deadlifting 205 kg before the accident will help my recovery
