To add my routine I just recently hopped on a PPLXPPLX

OHP for strength. Lots of Arnies, lateral/front raises, and facepulls for hypertrophy.

traps, delts and lats for better V-taper.
depending on your starting point, you might need to step up your game

SS + additional upperbody accessories for beginners. Just slow bulk or slowly cut if you're overweight. No GOMAD or excessive bulking bullshit.

Switch to a hypertrophy once your strength is respectable. Then just alternate back and forth between hypertrophy/strength routines.

you could try to pick a heavier isolation to compliment your press.

tri pushdowns might add some hypertrophy, but literally have no carry-over to ohp.
try doing something in an opened shoulder position. standing tri-extensions or behind the head skullcrushers worked well for me to push the numbers on ohp.
why are you incline pressing instead of shoulder pressing when your chest is already leading?

furthermore if this is an AxBxAxx split you shouldnt do the same isolations on both days. you either do chest OR shoulders on that day. otherwise you are just fucking with your recovery.

You'll chuckle even more when I tell you I'm natty. Which is the honest truth but I understand why nobody believes me on here when I say that. I definitely was gifted with fortunate genetics, especially when it comes to my delts. OHP is definitely my favorite lift though so I do tend to focus on shoulders a lot.

Nice! I’m always try to eat as much as I can then supplement the rest of my calories with milk. Been doing Gomad from 145-170 because 145 at 6’4” is dangerously thin. Going to slow down in the milk and try to gain 20lb Muscle mass in the next 10 months.
