Myprotein has the lowest quality and one of the worst flavours of the market, but because its certified by european quality inspectors of supplements and ITS SO GODDAMN FUCKING CHEAP its the only one I buy.

Rice and oatmeal, while yummy and good for fiber (at least oats), they're a shit source of brotein. Tuna is yummy and a good source of protein but it's expensive as fuck, plus too much will give you mercury poisoning. Lentils are good for vegans, but for non-vegans there are far better sources of protein, including whey.
