I enjoy working out though. Sometimes I do it twice a day. Maybe it hurts my gains, maybe it doesn't. The only thing I hate is I like video games too, and if I don't stay dedicated to my schedule at the end of the day I have no time to play vidya, and that sucks.

I find it gives me much greater flexibility. I can fit 45 minutes in before work, but 2+ hour sessions are harder to do, meaning I have to spend my evenings on that.

There is also the issue of active recovery honestly working a lot better for me than sedentary.
