Hit 210kg 1RM on deadlift today. 5 plate is so close I can taste it. Wouldn't say it's religious exactly but it's definitely unworldly in a way.

I squat very deep, not atg but about 2 inches below what would be perfect powerlifting depth.
To make matters weirder my deficit deadlift is bigger than my standard deadlift by 20lbs.

As few as possible optimally, or otherwise you are just doing 5x1 instead of 1x5. I'd say I take 3 seconds, and I feel like that is pushing it.

You should be doing another rep on your next inhale. If you do a whole breath in and out, then breathe in again before you lift, you're not doing a continuous set
