Life is pain as a recovering anorexic

You'll get there user, keep it up!

>Half way in to a year
>half way to 1/2/3/4

You're right on track, keep it up

>1.5, 2, 2, 3.5
After 4 months, is it even possible to enjoy training legs?

just keep eating more whole foods mate
watch your form too, most people who claim to hit 1/2/3/4 after 1 year are quarter-reppers

Keep going brah. Make sure to eat right, then it'll become a habit then your gains will rocket. We're all gonna make it

>1.5 OHP
>2 Squat

yes, how's your squat form?
HB atg raw beltless sleeveless?
if not you won't enjoy the thrill of it

I thank you, m8s. I'll keep at it and I'm determined, I did put a huge emphasis on form since I was deadly afraid of accidently killing myself while lifting.

>1.75/2.5/5/5 after 6 months
Life as a bloatlord

...

I dont understand, but thanks? Idk

...

Literally my exact lifts (for 6) after 6 months training with some setbacks. Started at 6'2 sub 70 kg. Don't worry mate you'll be at 1/2/3/4 in no time, just be safe about it and don't snap your shit up like me.

After 3 months
0.75, 2, 3.5, 2.5

source on pic?

IT'S BULLSHITMAN!

Not OP. Look up "Karl Pilkington".
He does not disappoint.

I've been lifting longer and my stats are lower OP. I'm unironically jealous of you, keep up the good work

>tfw started with 1/2/3/4
get mogged, twinks

Anything in particular thats holding you back?

I don't really know. I'm suspecting diet has something to do with it as well, or maybe I'm just too afraid for snap city. I honestly couldn't tell
