Depends on the cold. Is it a common cold? Like one you've had before that you know what it is/you'll be over in 10 days MAX? Or do you feel like shit? Utter death? Fever/chills/stomach stuff of any kind or a sinus infection? If it's the latter, skip it. Your body is fucked and needs rest and nutrients.

If it's a common cold, most people agree that some mildly strenous excercise w plenty of rest and fluids will actually help the system recover and wake up your metabolism a bit. Go easy and don't push too much but don't mamby pamby with it either.

Don't do it. I thought my cold wasn't too serious so I hit the gym 5 times that week. I think the deadlifts and squats fucked me up, so I had to spend a week completely out of the gym resting. Only just coming off of it after two weeks.
