Sauces without bullshit preservatives and sugar?

I am looking for some sauces and spices to flavor my diet food with.

Anything besides Tabasco? (Salt, Vinegar, Chilies)

Tabasco is great on hard boiled eggs. Sriracha also, but it's quite loaded with sugar. There was a hot sauce I've had some times ago with mango and jalapeno (without added sugar), but I can't recall the name of it.

I went on this same quest a few years ago. I found a few other hot sauces, but tobasco tasted the best and has been my go-to ever since.

Same, I just ordered a full gallon of it because I ran through like a liter in three months. What else did you find on your quest?

That sounds good as fuck, pls remember

Sry couldnt fint it, the closest I could find :

Honestly, it's so little sauce that is used what's the real difference? Just don't use a really shitty one and you're good to go.

Tapatio is my favorite.

Just make your own nigga. Throw some shit in a blender and you're done.
Chillies, garlic, vinegar, fruit, whaterver you feel like.

Yeah I'm thinking about making my own sauces, can't be that hard

thanks man

Chili Garlic Sauce

I put that shit on everythang

Daves Ghost/Scorpion pepper sauce

Can you name a product that isn't loaded with sugar

Secret Aardvark

Frank's red hot 0 kcals. Only salt, vinegar and cayenne pepper.

for me it's Louisiana, the best hot sauce

>salsa
>soy sauce
all I use

Make your own sauce.
One I recently did:
-habaneros
-tomatoes
-sweet bell pepper
-garlic
-oregano
-salt
-lemon juice

Cholula.

Or any salsa

It sucks because that shit get imported from the US and therefore super expensive in Europe

How long can you keep that for before it goes bad

heat it to boiling temp before you fill it

Cholula has rubber in it. Xanathan Gum or something its called. Shit can't be good for you

Preservatives are a meme, and even if they weren't most hot sauces don't have them because they're loaded with sugar, vinegar and/or fermented.

Xanthan gum isn't rubber, it's made by bacteria. It's also safe as long as you're not allergic

I don't know. I've had mine for couple months now and it's still good. Salt, chili, garlic, herbs and spices are antibacterial.

Cholula is awesome I use it every day.

Sucks living in Canada though I'm paying 5.99 for a small bottle that lasts not even 2 weeks. Any advice, amazon doesn't have shit.

You literally cannot find an additive that's been through more safety testing than potassium sorbate/sodium benzoate

suprised soy sauce isnt mentioned more often.
>black Pepper
>koriander
>rosemary
>thyme
>oregano
>basil
basically all italian herbs are goat

I've had a bottle of after death sauce in my fridge for 3 years since I use so little of it, seems fine.

I like to do my own spicy sauce too
>4 spoons soy sauce
>1 spoon fruit vinegar (apple is nice)
>1 teaspoon olive oil
>1-2 finely cut chili or half a habanero
>bit of lemon juice
numbers are guestimated i usually just add stuff by feel.
Stays good for a few weeks and has a fresh/sour/spicy taste. Taste depends a lot on the quality of soy sauce you use.
Works great with meat or any side dish.

Tabasco isn't hot sauce, it's vinegar sauce

>soy
>t. has absolutely no intestinal microbiome

FRANK'S, BABY

Fresh salsa in the refrigerated section?
