yeah i did hapkido for like 3-4 years

it's pretty cool I thought it was total bullshit so i found a dojo and told the dude if he could flip me around like in youtube videos by just my wrist i'd sign up for 10 lessons (they did 1, 3, 5, 7, or 10 lesson packages) and the dude sighed like i wasn't the millionth person to do this, and proceeded to flip my shit around and ragdoll me. Is it the most practical martial art? No. Absolutely not. But I have used it on three different occasions and ruined some dudes nights when bar hopping.
