Raw.
throw it in a slow cooker with a jar of salsa. wait 6 hours and shred it with a fork. eat.
Season them and put them in the oven. Eat after 30 minutes
This if you have a slow cooker.
If you need to be fast you can just slice them up and pan-sear them. Also fill a bowl/ziplock bag with flour and a bunch of spices and coat the breasts in it. Pan-sear and eat.
Butter + Rosemary
Side of lentils/onions/mixex veggiez/taters
smear thin slices in eggs and then breadcrum twice, then fry
This is good. I'll also season, then put them in the oven at 350F for an hour
Drown them in a bowl with mustard, orange juice, a non american shitty beer.
Then seasom and bake for 30 minutes.
I eat about half that every week but I don't make it the same way every time. My favourite way to make it is chicken parm but there's shitloads of recipes. experiment and find something you like but remember that variety is key.
season them or marinate them however you want.
salt/pepper both sides
pan sear in olive oil
finish with lemon
this.
the rest of u is faggot
