Depends on how much is breast tissue and how much is fat. I've gone from 5'8 215lbs to 140 with decent muscle and while my band size shrunk my bust hasn't gotten much smaller. Nearly all of my sports bras are too loose in the band and I don't want to invest in new bras until I'm at my goal size. No out of the ordinary sagging, but I've got 10lbs of fat to shave off so I could see some deflation in the final stretch. It's an annoying limbo to be in, but "at least I'm a fit piece of shit now" gets me through it.
