Probably not enough calories and may lead to you craving food and bingeing after a while. Good food choices within the diet!

I assume that you are cutting. Still, not enoguh protein for sure, unless you are eating a whole tuna by yourself every day.

Add some oats and rice, a salad with dressing and more protein.
Alternatively go keto and eat mostly fat with protein and limit carbs to 20g a day and under. Burns fat like crazy after you get over the "carb flu"

Fruit in the morning is pretty good, try adding some fats, proteins and a little bit complex carbs, stuff like yoghurt is goat.

Np, my general rule when cutting is to eat healthy and skip 1 major meal a day, which depends on my working hours. That or just eat a massive breakfast and nothing throughout the rest of the day, maybe a banana for bloodsugar when lifting.
