SS is literally a routine to make your butt and thighs strong and thicc. Trained 2 girls both on SS. End up with nice asses and thighs that can grip your head nice and tight.

Why is it that women only do exclusively meme workouts? My gf started working out a month ago and she literally does everything with 10lb dumbbells for 18483727 reps.

Workout A
>Goblet squats 3-4x8-12
>Pushups/Dumbbell bench 3-4x8-12
>TRX/Ring/Inverse/Cable rows 3-4x8-12

Workout B
>Dumbbell rdl 3-4x8-12
>Dumbbell OHP 3-4x8-12
>Pulldowns/chinups 3-4x8-12

Up weight when 4x12 is reached

Do classes/cardio on off days

Can be done three days a week as AxBxA on week 1 then BxAxB or four days a week as ABxAB

If you'd like to do substitute stuff just make sure the workout keeps the basic premise of a leg exercise, a push exercise, and a pull in the same plane.

If they want to change from this then just choose a popular and structured workout from the sticky or something.
