Ive got a retarded funnel chest so i thought you have to start lifting for a better ego. Im 6,5" and 165 lbs now. Started lifting 4 months ago, weighed 138lbs.

3 months, not keen for the noob gains to wear off

I seem to have shit genetics and I'm 5 foot 10 at around 73.5kg

I started intense 1.5 hour workout along with a completely new diet that doesn't involve a shit ton of junk food 6 days a week.
My new diet is only 3K calrories of seafood and salad with no rice.
I was a junk food addict with a shit ton of oily food and white rice.
Now I eat brown rice every aleternate day and salad for everything. I also take a shit ton of protein.
I'm 1 week into the workout and diet but I seem to have gotten a but heavier.

You're not eating on a deficit and working out too long.

If you get the intensity right (I know you don't), you would be gassed after an hour at most.

Do more compounds, progress on them and eat 1,800 calories.

But before the diet, I was eating like 5K calories easily and doing nothing at all the whole day. Why is a 3k diet making me fat?
