Made some delcious pasta yesterday, will make it again today. Pasta with sauce made from mushrooms fried on the pan, then put some bacon that you tear in small pieces in, and some spinach and then cook it all in cream in the pan. I grated some parmesan into it as well, and then again on top when I finished making it. Very good.

Equipped is very fun but the first time sucks because yiu won't be ready for how uncomfortable (at first it's positively painful) and frustrating it is. You probably won't do a legal lift for some time depending on the suit and your skill. And at first it's hard on the way down, hard on the way up.

But when you get it, you make beginner gains again.

Then you forget it, and you feel like a piece of shit.

And then you get to be really elitist to rawmies because they can't understand the roller-coaster ride you go through and stay stupid rawmie stuff like hurf forklifts, cheater ribbons, you're going to be in a nanosuit one day, I want to see how strong I am not my clothes etc. Which desu I find absolutely hilarious now because I used to say it and it reminds me of how ignorant I was.

Single ply hurts and cuts in, multiply just feels like comfy compression because of the extra layers

Do you guys have any simple fit cookbook recommendations with listed macros and calories? I cook my meals 90% of the time, but they ALWAYS taste bland, I can eat them and everything, but I just never enjoyed food that I've made thwt I would actually look forward to eating again.

Sounds fucked, but I'm looking forward to it. The suit in question is old and worn, so I guess that makes it a little more forgiving, but we'll have to see if it fits first.

I dunno how you and Gbro have so much flucatation, the most flucations i've ever had was 4kg after 1-2 days but that was with me literally doing RFL 2.0 cut which was essentially 600-800 cals with 180g p, 15c, 15f. Otherwise normal cuts max is a 1kg fluctuation

You're showing incredible ignorance here. A 2:40 1k is nearly 60 second quarter mile pace for somebody that is not training specifically for running.

Having a flexible training program means you can put emphasis on a few different qualities at once. Right now my focus is on rebuilding strength and maintaining conditioning. You can't do everything at once. It's a push-pull.

When I get tired of building up my strength, I will probably cut weight and put more emphasis on conditioning and endurance.

That's the second diarrhea dump I've done in the gym toilet in the space of a month.

Newfag to powerlifting here and I got a question about lifting gear.
So far I reached a 2.5 plate squat and 3.5plate diddlylift and I don't use any lifting gear currently. Yet people around me who lift less are using belts and knee support during their lifts. Am I doing it wrong?

Left shoulder, long term thing. Latest physio sessions suggest it's something to do with the tricep, and with it not contributing what it should at the bottom end of the ROM/under full stretch making my pec/pec minor/bicep get overworked stabilising when the bars on my chest.
Makes sense why putting a lot of work into my arch (hence reduced ROM) allowed me a period of pain free progress through 2016.
So hopefully after this comp a lot of tricep work to improve strength & size, tempo work to desensitize the movement and really working the arch/tightness/positioning should solve it.
