If by a "female exercise" you mean "an exercise that females like men to do" then yeah, you're right.
Daily reminder that women shouldn't lift
So is jealousy
implying women arent projecting what they want in a guy...
squat is female exercise if you want her to rip open all the way from vagina to anal area during giving birth
>Shoulder a great burden
>Fall under the weight of this burden
>Struggle and rise again, stronger
The squat mirrors the meaning of life.

In order to get abs, one must squat. Why are you such a faggot?
Schwarzzeneger is a commie faggot, so essentially a woman. The point stands.
and where do you think the power of a punch comes from....?

Explain further I am confused. This makes no sense. Wouldn't this strengthen a woman for the birthing process? Also there is a difference between heavy lifting and lighter lifting.
Daily reminder that OP is a snake shill who knows that legs have the most androgen receptors and this makes squatting the exercise that raises testosterone the most.
the testosterone boost from squats, and from any lift, is so small and so temporary that it has no influence on muscle building or recovery or performance
and then that slight elevation is followed by slightly lowered testosterone (again, no effect)
you have to go beyond physiological levels of testosterone to get any muscle building or recovery benefits, just let the 90s broscience die already
you do squats because they involve a lot of muscle mass through a large range of motion and lend themselves well to incremental loading, that's it, not because of some irrelevant fluctuation in hormones afterwards

>I can't squat even 2pl8 so I'll pretend it's actually for women therefore it's not manly for me to do them at all.
>I'll be over here on the leg press..
>American still buy the meme of leg muscles = stronger punch

i think you'll find an indo-european root in squatting.
Based Varg.
Of course, our societies always prefered thick, healthy, women. By thick, I don't mean African baboon ass thick, I mean curvy, around 20-22% body fat women. No muscles.
>dating thicc armenian
>starts slapping my ass and calling me bubble butt.
no idea I wanted this feel, lads. But happy I’m making it
Since this is a thread about squatting, help me guys.
I'm new to weightlifting, I've been doing StrongLifts for the past three weeks and so far I have no complains. I'm putting weight on the bar every workout, eating a lot and getting >8h sleep almost everyday. Trouble is, on my penultimate workout I started to feel a very noticeable and sharp "pinch" pain on my hips and thighs when and after squatting. At first I thought this was soreness, but I ended my work out almost limping. On my last work out, the same thing happened, except the pain was exacerbated because I only had one day of rest between.
Long story short: it's been two days and I have trouble walking. Sometimes it's easy, other times I can barely get my feet off the ground, it's like I'm being electrocuted when I move my legs in a certain angle. Did I fuck up already? Did I injure myself or is this soreness? I'm not sure I want to work out tomorrow because I'm scared of making it worse, but on the other hand I'll feel guilty if I start skipping work outs.
It doesn't hurt going down, but when I hit parallel it starts to hurt, and going back up is when it gets worst.

You might have fucked up. Go seek a medical professional.
At worst you could have a herniated disc and/or sciatica, at the best - you're just a little bitch that can't take the doms.
