If you're new (which you are) lift every single day to maximize gains. You can easily add like 10lbs to every lift a week if you do it. That is my biggest regret, I didn't go hard enough when I first started.

Also don't just lift 3 times a week, do cardio every single day if you wanna lose weight and lift at least 5 times a week. Minimum.

It's worth a shot. I'm really curious what happens if you don't eat anything for 6 months.

Lift every single day, toss out junk food, and you'll be good. Since you're so fat you'll lose a fuck load of weight the first few months. If you're serious, you can easily lose 3 pounds a week. That might not be healthy, but you could.
