Only been lifting for 2 weeks. Played sports my whole life though

hit some PRs recently, bulking is fun

Gym for 4 months now, about right, just started pyramiding squats due to lack of buttplug.

/fat/ here. Just started lifting again this week

Gone from 67kg to 80kg, not really getting much stronger now though. Getting abysmal sleep is really not helping, too

You really don't my friend. The one major problem I still have from my fat days is the left-over poor fat distribution. I vascularity up to my shoulders, but I still have fat over my abs. I probably have to cut to 8-9% to start back at a clean slate

Been lifting for about 6 weeks, struggling with squats and power cleans due to bad knees tho

Squats should strenghten the knees. Do you have good form?

I was getting knee pain from squats until I did a couple of things.

1. I started doing it without shoes
2. if you cannot do a good bodyweight squat without your knees going over your toes find one of pic related.
3. I always stretch ankles, hamstrings and hips. You might have low flexibility.

It's from an accident I was in, busted my knees pretty bad so I'm having to do a bunch of mobility and basic knee strengthening exercixes. Form is good, just very painful. Getting there though!

He asked because you got to intermediate levels fast. It usually takes a year unless you have a past experience in sports. The stats are really good for 4 months of lifting, the rugby paid off
