Amount of weight you can move? Eat more. For months.
Lower boy fat? Eat less. For months.

If you're lifting for 2 weeks your routine is just garuanteed to be bad and you're also garuanteed to not be eating properly. Cousin has been lifting for 4 years and only really got used to what he was supposed to be doing after a year. I've been going for a few months (since Nov) and have changed my diet and routine a lot to something I enjoy but also works. You'll figure it out eventually.


Pretty much for everything on the planet, everyone sucks at the first time they do it. Practice makes perfect and you'll figure out what works and what doesn't for you
