Good way to weight train, short session, relatively low stress, good recovery (via. active recovery), only needs to be combined with GPP and thus becomes probably the best way to weight train for general athleticism. It does require confidence in technique and knowledge of your own physiology though.

I had a 170kg bench, a 220kg squat and a 240kg deadlift before I started gear. I don't regret a single injection. Gear has not only imrpoved my fitness career but it has improved my whole quality of life.

I know he's on roids because I'M on roids and I can sustain 6-7 days max effort training when I'm on cycle but not off cycle
