I am also a fatty. I ohp 185 for reps, but can only DL 300 for 1 and squat like 275 for reps. I just started with the squat and dl and have been working my ohp from like 80 lb -> 185lb over the last 9 or 10 mos.

I don't really one rep max because no one to spot me but recently I got to 50 pound dumbells on overhead press , 2 plates for dips , and 70 pound dumbells on incline press. All of these for 5 or 6 reps.
