Fuck. Sorry man, your body looks like shit. You're probably 145 with a bunch of fat over it. Get some muscles and your fat will even out over time. No need to get rid of the fat by cutting them you'll just add fat when you need to gain. So just gain now and cut later. You can make it.

cutting is when you want to preserve muscle strength, not gain. If you're just starting out, you should eat nigga

everyone saying "read the sticky" yet advicing bulking
youre supposed to cut to 8-10% then bulk to 15%, cut again and so on. in my opinion, dont bulk first, its better to look like a skeleton a few months and then lean bulk and look good 24/7 than getting 10lbs fatter to get 1lb of muscle. i didnt cut first and now regret it

Assuming you want to look like you go to the gym, try going to the gym.

Cut before bulking, your gains will be much more visible and it will help your motivation.
