Who /not all there/ here? My mind is always foggy and slightly disconnected. It really messes up my life. It hinders my performance at work very badly. It makes socializing difficult. I can't think straight. I feel like my mind is somewhere else far away from my body. Interacting with the physical world feels strange and difficult. I'm very clumsy and awkward. Things that come naturally and easily to most people are often hard for me and require a lot of effort.
Drink more water Get more sun Cut out shit food. Better diet Eat more fruit Stretch. I completely understand what you said, some days it's gone and I perceive everything so clearly, and it's so easy to think. I just chalk it up to being cucked in the head.

Whenever I get mind fog I take a couple of ashwaghanda extract pills and it's all good.
Other than you should follow this guy's advice if your mind fog is caused by a shitty environment/no goals
Wyatt Myers
You're describing is textbook depersonalization, a known mental disorder.
I'm not sure about treatment options but knowing what you're dealing with is a good start.
Aaron Foster
>textbook depersonalization
Quit talking out of your ass if you know nothing about what depersonalization is or haven't experienced it.
Op just lacks focus and has a foggy mind more than anything.
Daniel Ortiz
>Interacting with the physical world feels strange and difficult
Yeah doesn't sound like it at all. I've experienced it myself and I've worked in mental health as an RN and I've seen it there too.
However I'm not a psychologist or psychiatrist. and I'm trying to deduce what exactly is going on with OP based off less than a paragraph.
But keep assuming assumptions.
Josiah Roberts
I know what you mean brah I’m pretty sure it’s porn/fapping
Chase Clark
It doesn't you fucking larp, go neck yourself.
I know for a fact you have no idea what you're talking about.

Start taking a chelated magnesium suppleant such as magnesium citrate or glycinate. Vitamin D too if you don't already.
Joshua Rivera
I've had dpd for about 7 years now, going to do psych testing next week. Possibly have BPD and/or some sort of anxiety/depression, too.

not op btw
Jonathan Peterson
>vitamin D I don't know about that, there was a time when I worked outside for 10 hours a day and still felt like shit
Austin King
not OP but the only time I see things clearly is during them twilight hours when your hangovers not kicked in yet but you're not smashed anymore
