Did stronglifts for 6 months and went from 115lbs emaciated to 145lbs and in the best shape of my life. I then fucked up and pulled my hamstring and QL at the same time during a deadlift and took a year off. Currently working with a "Biomechanical" therapist so that I can shift my hips into proper alignment and can deadlift/ squat correctly.

Starting slow and its boring as fuck but I'm not putting weight on the bar until I can squat/deadlift with no weight and perfect form atleast 100 times. Getting hurt because of stupidity and impatience is the worst.

Learned the hard way that mobility is not a meme.

I got oranger and fatter in 5 months from 70kg to 82.

Is 5x12 flat bench, 3x12 incline, 3x12 flys too much for chest? Mine grows very slowly thinking of massively increasing volume.

Also could anyone estimate my bf% id say around 20?

I usually do maybe 3 sets of each for 10 reps.

My family have really strong backs and traps that are easy to grow, arms are moderate but chest is super weak. What is the absolute maximum i can do for chest? I usually do each muscle group once a week but want to start hitting them all (accept legs) twice a week starting monday
