Spin class is the only thing that has really worked well for me
1. Go on treadmill
2. Go at 2.5-4mph MAX INCLINE
3. If you get distracted you'll fall off, which will teach a valuable lesson
4. Otherwise go watch some Netflix and shitpost if you're bored

Running sucks the crustiest ass if it is long distance
Just do:

>Swimming moderate-very fast x F
>Biking moderate-very fast x F
Just do these until you can last a lot longer and then start slowing the speed and you will last extremely long. Then do this often
Watch a youtube video and follow it at home.
