Not OP but I've added squatting 3 times per week. Can bench 185 and squat 185 for 3 reps. When will the squat surpass the bench? Tbh I could probably go higher but I'm scurred.

If you are a beginner it would make sense.

When i first began, my upper body was so weak i could not even do a single push up, and normal bodyweight squats would make me sore. So while progressing, both bench and squats where linear, until i hit 80 bench, after that it kinda slowed down, while my squats kept going up until 150 kg.

My squats and bench are progressing so fucking slow. Long legs and long arms is awful.

Deadlift is shooting up though.

Keep your squatting frequency high and it'll eventually.
