After watching "HAES" spokes people, its because they mean (fad) diets rather than a lifestyle change including their food consumption and exercising. Yes, if they only drink lemon water with tumeric and some almonds per day the average person can/will lose a bunch of weight in two weeks but as soon as they go back to eating their 4000 calorie a day, theyll gain it all back in no time.
most of these HAES people arent interesting or cringe enough to watch 10 minutes of them explaining why you cant be a HAES rep if you ever go on weight watchers or do any sort of diet or restrictive eating.
