I quit lifting in 2014

Any physique benefits that might* be attained can be more readily got from other activities which don't have the same negative effects. There are literally no good reasons to "lift", unless you want to ruin your life.

*(lifting makes most people look like shit anyway, or maybe doesn't do anything at all.)
