Already went to a cardiologist and got my heart and cardio system checked out. Perfect cardiovascular system dispite being absolutely atrophic from no physical activity. I may have a Marfanoid body, but no signs of the deadly symptoms of Marfan's. I thought I had it too a few months ago. Lol

I'm not implying it's hard to eat less, I'm implying that losing weight is magnitudes more difficult that gaining it.

Cutting is harder than bulking, but why in fuck are you eating 1500 calories a day? Are you absolutely sedentary outside of 45 minutes of gym activity a few times a week? Also there's no excuse to be 'not getting enough protein', it's the only macro that matters when you're cutting so just get your .84g/lbs and be done with it.

Im 1.89m (about 6'2) and 100kg, when i saw the most progress with arms was obviosuly the first ~8 months of bulking up from 74 to~90 kg and then stopped lifting seriously (depressed) for a long time and went back to 80kg, body looked the same, then said fuck it and started taking creatine, its not some magic powder but it really bulked me up like to another level almost, just like when i just started.

With arms tho its weird at least in my experience, i noticed that if i miss even a day of going to the gym my arms get noticeably smaller, even if work the fuck out of them on bicep/chest day and then miss legs, my arms just look small the rest of the week, if i dont my arms remain the same size


Out of sheer laziness i stopped working my back, for about 6 months (i know) my arms got smaller and thought it was that i needed to eat more blamed it on football season and cardio fucking up my gains, thought i needed to find a better routine or something, then about 2 months ago started working back again, my arms have never looked bigger, (pic relates) there is some truth to the meme that compund exercises naturally work biceps but you need to obviously dedicate exercises to just working them, i do 21s, incline curls, and preachers.

All in all about 2 years and some change total, couldve done it in a year and a half easily. Its all about being disciplined enough or setting yourself a goal (i wanted to look better in pads/stop getting overpowered by bigger guys than
me when playing football)

Also not from US so dont believe football had anything to do with it, Very few people play it here and coaches dont really care for work outs/ dont know shit, just did cardio and played 3 months out of a year without going to the gym (lack of time)

Hey OP, I used to be just as skinny as you. Remember that noob gains come quickly, and that simply eating enough is the most important part.

This was my first 5 months of lifting and eating. It's been 3 more months since this then, and in total I've gone from 64kg (141lbs) at 1.87m to a comfortable 80kg (176lbs).

Just eat a lot while working out, and you'll escape auschwitz prisoner mode soon enough.
