Stick to a classic routine, nothing fancy, do it for 6 months and then reevaluate.

I think you should bulk for another month or so, try to get a bit more mass, you don't have alot of fat so you should be able to cut decently within 2 months. Depends if you're going for that dickskin look, I would however say that would be a waste considering you don't pack enough mass.

there's literally no reason for you to cut. Dunno how long you've been working out but if its for longer than a year you need to fix your fucking diet. Anyway, bulk for a couple more months, then do a heavy cut with cardio for a month or so then go back to maintenance. You won't be the beach god but at least you wont have to swim in a t-shirt.

Dude, get some gains. You really need to up your diet and start doing compound movements, you don't even have a base to start from if you wanna build. Do starting strength for easy gains.
