With no experience? No, but mostly because you’ll lack the knowledge and discipline to optimize your workouts. I started at the same weight - took two years of learning and going 3-4 times per week on average to get an acceptable body, now in my third year on my way to chad mode. I will stop and just maintain After I hit 1/2/3/4.

Two or three years might seem long but tahat time will pass anyway, and the fitness journey has been just as valuable as the gains and other rewards in the end

Heh, I started out weighing 135lbs last year now I'm 165lbs. I stopped gaining weight around October because I'm not eating enough. You can totally make it my dude. Even if you don't "make it" you'll still be a hell of a lot better than when you started out.

I'm in the same boat OP. I'm not expecting to be "making it" in a year's time but I think in 2 years I'll be pretty set. Not done but still pretty set

yes. read the sticky. apply basic principles. youll make it.

No, you probably have incredibly small frame considering you weigh that little, which means you can never make it no matter how hard you work.

>stats
Bench 135 x 3
Squat n/a
Dl n/a
Db Curl 20 x 10
Bench 225 x 4

Squat 205 x 10 (lol)

I think one of the biggest problems beginners have (me included) is that many of us will often see something to attain which requires dedication, commitment, and patience, and just be discouraged completely when we can't get it right away. I get it. You want the body right now. You want to impress people you know tomorrow morning, and wake up confident in your body.

This isn't going to happen. Ride it out. It takes time. Work out, even if the body you want will take years to acquire.

I'm a frog

Post frame

I do
bench/OHP day 1
DL/Rows/Farmerwalk/Pullup Day 2
Squat/curlBS/Chinup Day 3

I do 2 days lifting then one off, then 2 day lifting, 1 day off, etc

is this good or should I just lift every day
my legs and back are usually sore the day after but my chest and shoulders don't feel very sore anymore

You would be skele mode

>those stats with that body
Youre not 5'9 bud

Well I am, those stats are totally accurate

no

I might have been shorter or around 125 in that first pic though

This is what an actual 125 lb 5'11 man looks like.

Actually, maybe I'd look like you if I lifted at maintenance for a while.
