I shower twice a day. Morning and after workout. Wash hair and face thoroughly. I had a habit of touching my face throughout the day so don't do that. Use some otc acne cream..10% bp

I resisted for years because it seemed feminine, but I started using cream during the winter for the exact reasons you mentioned. Took a while but it got better. I also make it a point to walk or sit in the sun for at least 10min in any day that the weather permits. All this SPF 97 shit that everyone is pushing is killing us. Humans need some sun. That has also made a huge improvement.

For your face, you have to use a non-comdogenic face cream or your zits will have zits.

Use a moisturizing soap. Regular soap will make dry skin even worse
