That's actually not bad for the average person, just remember to eat eat and work on your deadlift form

its honestly a flexibility issue. i can throw up 285 all the way easy and have it rest on my chest. i just cant fucking get my wrists and elbows to bend back far enough to lock it up. squats i have to do high bar and cant wrap my thumbs either. i have broad as hell shoulders and terrible flexibility in them.

these aren't maxes these are just what I can do for a few sets of 5 reps. I also run 2 miles 3 times a week and throw in the occasional 4/6/8 mile ruck run. during the week I'm usually hung over for my runs during the week but still manage a 14:50 2 mile time.
