I was doing just fine with my life until i started lurking here and started thinking that anyone not lifting is a big fat loser or a manlet skeleton and that my wife would eventually cheat on me. So i bought whey gainer, creatine, a shaker and some gym clothing and went crazy 2 weeks ago.
My wife kept saying i was perfect the way i was but i told myself id become ripped and make her want me even more. After the first week i started being in extreme pain and today i found out i have a tore elbow ligament, a discal hernia and to top it off i have hemoroids coming out of my ass. Doctor even told me lifting heavy wheights was not natural for humans and was not healthy as it only causes pressure and damage on the body unlike swimming or running.
