Be extremely careful with form in the future or just give up. Some people are genetically predetermined to get some sort of spinal injuries from deadlifting, in fact, having good form doesn't even help you as much as you think, even though it obviously does help. It's better to get a spinal injury from doing something healty than to get it at 60 from sitting down. Context user. Also go to a fucking doctor.

Maybe stop chasing meme lift maximums and do sets of 8 reps at a reasonable weight? If you can't deadlift 2pl8 comfortably for 8 reps and 3-4 sets there's something wrong with you

Deadlifts are not a meme but you need to know when to stop, unless it's something you really want or you compete. All compounds are like that. I don't deadlift more than 260lbs or 120kg, I just increase reps.
