Is it safe for me to eat only 1100 calories a day while lifting?

Becuase ive been eating 1300 calories a day and have still been 90kg for over 2 weeks.
I haven't lost a kilo in 2 weeks.
The weightloss is 2 slow.

But its meant to be easy to lose weight when obese.

Tho i am on birth control pills and have an underactive thyroid.

Im now under 70kg, lifting AND cardio and still losing .5-1kg a week by eating 1300.

The reason people on meth look so bad is because they don't eat. The meth look is the look of a malnourished person. Of course theres other things on top of it like scratching at their face, but what i'm saying is theres no way to become healthy and look good other than doing it healthily

Ive been eating 1 peice of toast with butter for breakfast.
One 400 or 500 calorie tuna/chese and mushroom salad sandwich for lunch.(if its 400 i get a 100 snack).
A couple of 50 to 100 snacks that are olives or fruit or 1 small gelato scoop.
And a 450 to 600 calorie dinner.(rice with meat or lentil curry or green curry)(depending how much i eat for dinner i may have 50 to 100 calories of snacking left before im 1300 calories)


If im overeating it cant be anymore than 1400 on average.

stop snacking and skip breakfast

lifting won't help you lose weight you dumb nog. do some cardio if you want to lose weight. lift weights to build muscle.

I make my meals smaller on purpose so i can snack! Its about getting to 1300 calories

Is your thyroid being treated? Your CO might be lower than 1300 otherwise.

Are you weighing out every single thing on a scale?
1 "small" gelato scoop can be 200-300 calories.

Toast with butter is around 150 depending how much butter you use.
Fruit sounds fine.

Are you sure your dinners are that small in calories?
Make sure you measure everything out. Curries can get calorie dense pretty fast espeically if youre using coconut milks, using fatty meats, potatos and eating it with rice.

Could be early metabolic syndrome. This is why fasting is better than CICO.

I TRACK EVERYTHING, A PISTACHIO GELATO SCOOP IS 100 CALORIES.

I know im right becuase i weigh myself everyday and if i replace the gelato scoop with something else with 100 calories there is no difference.

It is normal, when you lose fat, the body fills your fat cells with water, if you keep it up, you should see a rapid weight loss followed by a steady weight loss.
If that doesnt happen in a couple more weeks, then something is wrong

You know, one time i went weeks without losing a kilo and all of a sudden i droped 2, and it kept fluctuating.

I love ice cream more than i like feeling full, so i eat less.
