From June 16 to now I've gone from 330 to 222. Earlier this week I was 227, got pissed my progress has stalled all last month and am trying the keto + fasting meme. Seems to be working.

240 to 155 at 15 years old. No loose skin and barely any stretchmarks

August 6th of last year I was 271.3, last week I wieghed in at 225.5. Feels good man.

Over the past 13 months 220 to 175.

yes i could have lost it faster, i started eating better. started lifting 4 months ago.

I went from 210+ to 145 at 5'8 in 11 months. Lost the weight when I was 18 and I'm 21 now.

Three years later I'm finally at the point where I'll have almost zero loose skin at low body fat.

It's a long and discouraging process but my life is so different now its unbelievable. Don't give up and keep going.

Went from 240 lbs at 5’4” junior year high school to 205lbs in a few months. Then went from 205 at 5’7” in January (probably 5’7.5”, I haven’t measured in a long ass time) to 180lbs now. Working my way down to 160.

289 to 187 then bulked to 210

October 2017: 216lbs
March 2018: 170lbs

From 339 - 290 as a teenager. Then 290-300 - 235 more recently.
243 now.

I list 12 lbs in a week my senior year of college. Lots of sugar free popsicles, dilated lemon juice, and coffee, and 3x200 cal workouts a day.

im pretty sure 95% of it was fat as i made a bit of strength gains and then plateaued

Not really. Still have a bit of a gut and some miner marks around my thighs.

Went from 250 to 187, still not happy and it looks like I need to lose like 30 pounds more.

doing a water fast till i reach bout 76-84kg, dont really know the target as i have a fair bit of muscle
really hope the extended water fast will eradicate my bad eating habits

I've never been fat enough to need to lose loads. I'm at 225lbs right now (heaviest I've ever been) at 6'2". About 19-20% body fat. Starting to cut down now to 12-15%

losing weight is for pussies

Used to eat ramen and other simple starchy shit carbs for breakfast in retarded amounts everyday, as well as candy and soda, ballooned to about 100 kgs in my hs years.
Found Veeky Forums, got off my ass, diet was salad, chicken and rice for quite some time, went down to 70 kgs, but it was too late, I was too far gone.
Several bad shit happened, mom died, lost my way and any sort of motivation to live, sitting in a rut currently at 85 kgs looking like a fat fuck, 5'9 btw.

November : 110kg
March : 80kg

Just keep doing a low calorie diet, if you aren't losing weight it just means you aren't on a big enough deficit.
Just recalculate your new tdee for 227 pounds and do a -20% cut at most.

Anything more than this and you will regret it in the long run, it's better to take another couple of months of being a bit overweight than having to wait for your skin to get tight again, feeling like shit all the time and be depressed as fuck because you are starving.

Just my 2 cents considering I had a similar outlook back when I was a fat fuck.

Sleep and eat

Currently 210lbs, started 280lbs @ 6'2"last summer. Squat and deadlift have improved slightly but Bench and OHP have dropped a bit. Getting close to my goal of 15%bf.

I guess I lost like 3kg at the most
currently cutting because I am at 15~18bf% and over 80kg

28 lbs in a month, and I was only that fat because I bulked hard. I've never had more fat than that to lose (without dipping below 10.5% bf)

lost 112lbs, ~30-40lbs more to go

Then from 179 to 205
Now I’m at 186.
Probably should have just stayed around 180
