>Lol user you eat so healthy don’t you ever get tired of it?
Lol user you eat so healthy don’t you ever get tired of it?
Must be nice having people who talk to you
People ask you things?
>wow youre really dedicated to your diet user, but i cant love without carbs
but i do eat carbs, a lot
>live*
fuk
>But user chicken is so tasteless and bland.
>lol user if you don't want to poop 5 times a day, maybe you shouldn't eat 6000 calories every day
not my fault that your tastebuds havent developed past age 5. healthy food is delicious
"Yes, every day."
I feel bad for people who feel like this. Chicken is one of my favorite foods. Just ate an unseasoned chicked breast with white rice for lunch
People are just spoiled. Literally every food can taste good to the unspoiled tongue. A few years ago I couldnt imagine eating the way I do now. And now I literally devour bland chicken breast and water soaked oats with the same apetite I was eating pizzas before. Unfortunately some people never get past this and are stuck with spoiled eating habits forever.
When I cut I eat a nice thicc juicy salad at lunch everyday and literally the whole office makes it a conversation point.
>is user coming to lunch
>he's probably eating his SALAD AYLMAO
>haha idk how he can eat that every single day
I pretty much only eat 3 different meals. Often times I will have the same dish for lunch and dinner and even the same on the following day. I enjoy my meals every time and never get tired of them. I wouldn't even want to eat something else if you offered it to me.
I would, if it didn't taste so damn good.
>really, let me have a bite
Fuck off, I need my macros.
>come on man don't be like that
GOBLIN GOBLIN GO AWAY, DO NOT STEAL MY GAINS TODAY
take pride in your discipline and dedication to living a healthy life. When they get more perspective on life, they will probably regret not eating healthier. Keep at it user
I am envious of some vegan people who were raised never to eat junk food. I did not drink coffee until I was in my 20's, just because I was curious of caffeine highs I bought some Starbucks drinks. Now years later I drink coffee, I can quit for weeks at a time but the craving is always there. Imagine what it would be like to never have greasy food cravings because you never tried it
In their mind, rice and beans aren't carbs.
In their mind endless garlic bread, breadsticks, pasteries and cakes are carbs.
Keep in mind, the average normy knows less about nutrition than fitness.
I hate the "carbs are bad" meme. Do people not realize you can lose fat even on a high carb diet?
>friends want me to go to breakfast with them
>figure its been awhile
>order oatmeal at a restaurant with no sugar
>they put sugar in it
>friends ask why I make a big deal of it
Because its not what I fucking ordered!
However I am getting more pissed at everything, maybe the onion thing really does increase test
Carbs make the food cravings stronger user
I challenge you to get fat eating black beans, rice and oats.
People get fat because they shovel endless amounts of sugar, white bread, breading, potatoes, butter, ranch dressing and soybean oil into their gapping maws.
No one on the fucking planet is getting fat because they are eating big servings of rice, beans, yams (without butter), chicken breast, almonds (without endless sugar sprinkles) and lean cuts of beef.
Fuck no one is getting fat on chicken wings, they are getting fat on breaded chicken wings dipped in ranch dressing. Mother fucker I've ate chicken wings every day for the past week and I've lost a pound and a half.
If you LIFT and eat GOOD FOODS in REASONABLE AMOUNTS, then you'll lose weight.
There's lots of overpriced vegan junk
You're participating in the same momscience they are by holding oats over bread
A caloric surplus is just that
>think about saying it's because i don't get tired of living
>then i remember
"I'm not a mental child who still eats junk food"
If you lift and eat "bad" food in reasonable amounts, you'll also lose weight.
>No one on the fucking planet is getting fat because they are eating big servings of rice
*ahem*
I consider this dumb "being healthy is for pretentious nerd prudes" phenomenon to be on the same tier as /r9k/.
The shitty behavior is only tolerated because it's so common. The sad part is that this attitude IS so common.
>Women, huh? Yeah good luck keeping your house and kids once she leaves you for Tyrone
>Good morning wagie, it's time to head off work for Mr Shekelburg!
>You want to live forever? Yeah, enjoy dying slowly at 95 in a nursing home
>Don't be mean to Catherine, have some of her birthday cake, it's her birthday. One slice.
this is because your healthy choices make them insecure in their own unhealthy choices. Playing on the bigger picture that they are unhealthy as a whole
>You've changed user. You spend so much time training you seem a different person. It's not healthy.
Yes I have and yes it is.
My personality has changed, I don't take any shit from people, I'm more confident, speak my mind and carry on with my life and look down on people who don't exercise but look up and aspire to people who are better than me and acknowledge their discipline......
Fuck.
Have I made it?!
>I don't take any shit from people, I'm more confident, speak my mind and carry on with my life and look down on people who don't exercise but look up and aspire to people who are better than me and acknowledge their discipline......
Well shit.
I'm a massive cunt then. Huh. Oh well.
