600 calories is way too low. You should bump it up to 1300 with lots of cardio. (and at 1300 your still going to lose lots of muscle)

But if your only going to eat 600 cals, I would just eat one single meal at the end of the day, and get all those in at once

The amount of time you spend to drink it also matters you know. You have to drink it in a short amount of time without replenishing electrolytes for it to be dangerous.

If you insist on eating eveyr day, you should save all the calories for your evening meal. Fast all day and eat at night. It’s tough for the first couple of days, but after that it’s a million times easier than spreading a small amount of calories out over a whole day.
