He, like myself has TMJ on one side of his face. basically his jaw alignment was thrown off, so his jaw was a bit off, and pulled to one side, this lead to a Asymmetrical face. When he got big in Hollywood, or had the money to do it, he had jaw surgery to properly align his jaw, the side affect of this is that his teeth are not symmetrical now when he smiles. he could get this fixed, but it takes alot of money and time.
its this plus body fat%, camera angle, lighting, camera lense, clenched jaw that make his face dramatically different.
