I would be surprised if more than 1/3 of these were within 100lbs of whats posted
heres me holding a little 420 (190kg)
as you can see 2 20kg plates and 5 10kg plates on each side totaling 180kg in the plates and that bar is a mere 10kg bar but ive hit 200kg since then (440)

Maybe thats legit, but ive never seen plates that small. Your 20kgs look like 25lbs

Currently bulking on around 3500-4500 kcals per day so any type on V taper so i look like an hourglass figure fat tub brapphog at the moment. But when i cut, o bbe its gonna look juicy.

Its was a back surgery, specifically a thoracic spinal fusion. Im actually trying to gain weight haha, no cutting for me.
I can dead 475 and am 5'10 176, look bigger from the back, and don't dead often.
