Veeky Forums recipes

Alright guys i'm back in the lifting squad and need some ideal recipes for maximum cutting gains.

I've been eating rice + broccoli + chicken or beef every day and while I love this eventually i'll get sick of it.

What do you boys recommend to keep my grocery budget down and my gains high.

Veeky Forums sucks at cooking and most of these infographics are kind of memes.

This actually is justifiable because it's clear your priorities are on nutrition, food as fuel rather than straight up taste. However, it couldn't hurt to just go to food wishes or whatever on youtube and use your intuition to adapt them back into shit that's healthy while still being edible.

or use chicken thighs

This.
Well I've been doing the chicken brining in OP pic, but that's more of a cooking tip than a recipe. Youtube has a lot of good stuff for recipes and cooking tips/guidelines and most of it comes from experimentation.

My favourites are binging with babish, though he mostly plays with food and brothers green eats for cheap quick meals. They are pretty chill at their stuff and can give a lot of great tips

The only thing I won't eat is fish due to some terrible food poisoning from salmon when I was like 13. Stuff has haunted me over 10 years now.

>That first time you accidentally fry using olive oil

not necessarily Veeky Forums, but this will help you cook delicious things

Veeky Forums can't even make a smoothie. don't encourage them

Veeky Forums is so bad at cooking they had to get memed into using garlic and onion with some /pol/-tier conspiracy about da jews

this is good

The problem with stoners is that I can't trust their cannibutter recipes because they're all mindless retards. Some recipes say simmer for a day. Some say half an hour is fine. This is a lot of weed to waste for there to be a debate...

Just fuckin' figure it out dude. Trial and error.

>just throw $300 worth of weed into a pot bro it's trial and error

>not having sweet potatoes before cardio

? you can eat salmon raw safely like 100 times without getting food poisoning. it's literally one of the safest raw meats to eat.

You should never brine chicken for more than 3 hours imo, ruins the texture of the meat. 2 hours of brining is perfect imo.

i litterally fry with olive oil almost every day.
"fry"
not deep fry you amerifat.
just set the oven to level 2 or 4 to fry with olive oil instead of fucking 9

I made some weeb ramen, good as shit though

Oh shit, this looks good. Hell, I'll try this for breakfast tomorrow.
I love Old Bay on both eggs and fish so seasoning should be easy.

Fuck yes my brother, ever made it with ON?

Curious, how many carbs does your chicken gain if you brine with sugar?

There's a really low amount of sugar added anyway for the amount of chicken and very little gets absorbed, so I wouldn't worry about it. I recently stopped adding sugar and it feels like there's no difference in the result

Fuck brine. Soak that shit in butter milk my niggers

I used this recipe
