I just db benched 100lbs in each hand for 6 reps and a negative. I had never done it before because no spotter for the initial set up.

In general, they're just way higher quality and less irritating. If you have a routine going (cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sunscreen) I highly recommend replacing those products with Korean dupes. Visit the Asian Beauty subreddit if you wanna go down the rabbit hole, but here's what I do:

>Cleanser = Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleanser
Some people find this too drying, but my skin is an oil slick and tolerates it just fine. I think it's pretty great

>Toner = Hada Labo Moisturizing Toner
Sort of a first-step moisturizer - the whole Korean skincare philosophy is about layering, light to heavy

>Essence = COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence
This shit's magic. Helps even out your skin tone, fade scars and reduce fine lines. This is the stuff where, if you're using it right, girls will compliment you on your skin

>Moisturizer = Stratia Liquid Gold
Not Korean, but great shit if you've fucked up your moisture barrier with Retin-A (like I did). Can leave a yellow cast if you're pale; in that case just use it at night and swap out for an AM moisturizer.

>Sunscreen = Missha Sun Milk
Always go Japanese with sunscreen.

So that's it - pretty basic routine as AB goes; a lot of nerds have like 7-12 steps, but I can't fuck with that. I also don't double cleanse, though many do. It's only as complicated as you wanna make it, but it works.
