The only forearm work I do is hangs when i do knee raises in a fat gripz pull up tower, when I run out of forearm strength I quickly switch to the parellel dip bars. A rather recent incorporation for me.

Was thinking of incorporating more grip work and making a forearm roller but haven't got round to it yet. Forearms are a body part I'd love to develop properly but simply haven't bothered yet, and this thread is making me think I should just go ahead with it

My forearms have literally gotten twice as wide in diameter on SS and the only thing I do to work them is deadlifts and pullups.

I usually throw a few forearm/grip exercises in at the end of my arm workouts.
It's so fucking satisfying walking out with my forearms feeling like they're going to explode.

Funnily enough, my forearms are what I get the most compliments on too.

i cut my forearm quite deeply, it severed the top layer of muscle so now the shape of the arm is kind of strange. There is like an indent where the muscle should be.
