You can't really build your wrists too much. You can increase your forearms though at which point your wrists become an advantage.

If you're really desperate though you can try HGH but honestly mate I've got small wrists (6" circumference) and the best way to do it is to increase your forearms.

Heavy farmer's carries and pull ups are all you need.

Also, grip the bar like fuck for every pull exercise you do (eg rows, DLs)

Doing wrist roller alone took my forearms from 12 - 14 inches in less than a year.

That being attach it to my cable machine and have the tension going in from of me instead of downwards so I can put all the focus on to my forearms and none onto my shoulders.
