You won't accidentally gain muscle, especially if you're training on calorie deficit. Just do a lot of cardio and a lot of bodyweight exercises. Might want to squat and do some meme ass/hamstring isolation if you want a dick up there
Some say the ideal is ottermode, some say like pic related, some say you have to live it and bloatmaxx. Looks like you're going for twinkmode/trapmode. That's mostly gonna happen in the kitchen. Try checking out the /fast/ thread and look into OMAD. You primarily want your bf% as low as you can, but as for lifting, you won't need much. Hit every muscle group with 3 sets of 8 1-2 times per week while steadily increasing the weight and holding steady when your musculature gets where you want
