You can literally do more things than you have time for with that basic set up.

You forgot shit he can do with plates.

you can tie some ropes to a weight and then get some kind of handlebar nad basically have a ultra basic cable station

You listed pretty much basic things. I was thinking about shit like

>landmine press
>unilateral rows
>belt squats
>flyes with plates in hands (no dumbbels)

the type of shit you never see at the gym because there is a convinient equipment. There is probably shit ton of things like that but i was lifting in a regular gym so i don't know how big my exercise selection would be if ill get a home gym

my biggest problem on my homecoming gym is the lack of cables

are there any exercises equal or better than:
>facepulls
>cable flys
>tricep pushdown
>cable choppers

>PC
what is this?

yesterday i bought a set of 20 and 25 kg plates and an olympic bar, but when i weighted the plates it came that all the fucking plates weight
different, is this common ?

the 20 kg ones vary between 18.6 and 19.8

the 25 kg ones between 23.5 and 24.7

>facepulls
Bend over 90 degrees like you'd do a Pendlay Row, pull weight up to your face (KBs work best, followed by plates, DBs are a little awkward.)
>cable flys
DB Flies
>tricep pushdown
Tricep Bar Tricep Extension
>cable choppers
And kickers and twisters too, right?

Yes. If you want accurate weight you have to shill out for calibrated ones.

Power clean.

You can pretty much do everything.

Add some bands and 2 inch dumbbell bars

pro tip: don't cheap out on equipment.

>calibrated ones.

what are those ? the super expensive ones ?

i bought cheap sets, maybe its that

Yes. Calibrated plates will be expensive. Best bet is to look for them in garage sales and pray that an angry wife is selling them.

But generally speaking, you don't have to worry too much about a 45lb plate being off by a few pounds. It's really a negligible difference.

The sexy ass competitive plates. Ones you see in competitions. They calibrate them almost to the exact weight and they last forever.

not worth it for a home gym unless you're rich

>lack of cables
nothing is impossible user

This is already a thing boys.

i just saw prices of those and LMAO a good set of those is as expensive as a car, i think being a cucked steal plates is my only road

>alright seems legit
Most cable exercises are meme exercises, but if you really must know:
>cable choppers
Windshield wipers.

You can do them hanging or laying down.

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with steel plates for a home gym. I would get maybe 1-2 pairs of bumpers in case you do olympic lifts. I also like them for diddlys.
One bumper plate and then stack the weight outside of it, makes it nice and smooth.

I don't have room for one of these in my house, and most are pretty expensive. Any budget ones that get the job done that can stay outside like in a prison yard?

Bands duh

Bumper plates are somewhat calibrated even the cheap ones
